Trips – A way to Dream come true

A School picnic is a memorable event in a student’s life as they are freed from mountains of work during this occasion. Educational field trips play a vital role in the school curriculum, which serves a wide range of benefits in several ways including learning and teaching. In LFCHS we conduct educational trips for students every year to different places of importance in many ways. These trips contribute greatly to build self-confidence and foster a sense of teamwork and community .Last year we took pupils to Mysore palace, Sri Chamundeshwari temple which is offering a panoramic view of the city, the amazing Zoo are could behold. Learning is life long process no matter you is students or teachers. Trips for teachers heap them to build up professional, specialization, job satisfaction and good team work spirit. Little Flower High School regularly conduct long trips and short trips for the teaching and non teaching staff . By this we are able to go together like a family in all activities to achieve our goal. The strong between us teachers and other staff bring to the classroom enthusiasm and a new- found energy

Orientation

Learning must be motivated in such a way that interest in the lesson to be learned is built upon the learner’s existing interest. The importance of orientation is well recognized in education. In Little Flower School we give different types of orientation sessions to our pupils. Motivational speech has an important role in this. Because these type of sessions give the students awareness of their uniqueness, students can face their problems confidently. By these orientation programmes we make attempts to enrich our children fully to be equipped for the world. Sometimes we can see that backward children come to the front and they can celebrate the learning process with their friends and teachers. Some of our motivation programmes have the focus on the improvement of their skills. Spiritual orientation sessions also are given to Christian students. It helps them to lead a better spiritual life. By this they can experience the love of God in its depth and have a Christ-centered self - denial life. Once or twice in a year we conduct orientation classes to parents. These sessions help parents to keep a positive mind always. Sessions for parents with their child are very effective and the school has many experiences of healing the wounds within them and definitely there is a fine bond between the parents and children.
